ODM points the way
About two years had passed since the new founded company ODM introduced itself to specialised visitors of the 'Altenpflege' fair in Nuremberg. Customer's interests where stimulated, the design and workmanship convinced but outdoor furnishing elements did not take centre stage.
Things have changed. More and more care facilities realize that also quality and comfort are even demanded in the outoor areas. Entrance areas and parks and gardens were equipped with ODM seats, tables and loungers. People who dedice the accomodation of their needy relatives appreciate this and prefer facilities with additional convenience services.
This was the reason why the interest of facility operators and caregivers was great at the 'Altenpflege 2011' fair in Nuremberg.
The ODM product philosophy matches with the desires of the target-group in many ranges. Attractive design together with high quality correspond the demands. Clinics and care facilites are valorized with an appealing outdoor area, durability is high and maintenance costs are low.
Experts instantly realize the senior-focused shaping and design of the models. Benches with especially shaped seats and backrests as well as convenient sitting down and stand up supports give a pleasurable feeling to elder people and persons with limited movability so that they enjoy staying outdoors in the warm seasons.
Visitors were also delighted by the wide product range. ODM offers more than benches. Single seats, tables, loungers and litter bins complete the assortment. All products are well-matched in design and workmanship and complement each other.
In Nuremberg ODM presented a new designed bench. Three seat elements are placed on a solid substructure. The main characteristic is the parking space for walking frames or wheel chairs between the seat elements. The prefered material for seat and backrest is wood because it is warm and comfortable but ODM presented alternatives. Special synthetic materials can optically be designed in various kinds and so match with buildings and entrance areas.
The popular bench D 200 was complemented by another model. The rocking chair SWING is an appealing variant of the single seat. Smooth rocking movement provides enjoyable relaxation and a comfortable sitting position. The swinging scope is accurately defined and the construction gives high secureness. The armrests can be folded up to enable an easy sit down and stand up feature.
The ViPP lounger had been crowd puller at the 'Altenpflege 2011'. ViPP intrigued, visitors enjoyed relaxing on it and many loungers were ordered spontaneously.
